Class Descriptions

Power Yoga
A heated and powerful flow taught in the style of Baptiste Power Yoga- Journey Into Power sequence (JIP). This will challenge your body and mind! Move, sweat breath. Perspire, inspire, and Transform. All levels welcome. We have 60 minute and 90 minute classes available. 

YOD (Yoga Of the Day)
YOD is designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, coordination and anything else that a yogi wants or needs in their life.  Try it on to feel your heart beat, your muscles burn and your mind clear by the end of class. 60 min class. All Levels Welcome

Power Yoga Beats
An energizing, challenging and powerful class to flow with your breath, your body and the music! Expect to move, sweat and leave revitalized and transformed! This class is heated, based on the Journey Into Power sequence, and suitable for all-levels.

Slow Flow
Consider this your active rest day, your beep stretch, your restorative yoga day. In this fun, engaging class, you will move through including sun salutations (yoga warm up) standing poses, grounding poses, and core isolation and strengthening. About mid way through, we transition to stretching, restoring, and relaxing. You will walk away feeling lighter, brighter and taller! The perfect class for slow days, beginners, and times in your life cycle that you need non-heated, restorative yoga.

New Teacher Class- $5
This is a class taught by our graduates of the MPY Yoga Teacher Training Program. Fresh out training, these Teachers are lit up and ready to teach with the passion and love for this practice! Prepare to sweat, have fun and feel alive! All Levels welcome.
